THIS IS NOT FOR EVERYONE
This profile needs nothing new
Some professionals in this market feel none of these problems. Direct mandates. Known buyers. Known sellers. A network that is its own pipeline. For that profile - DealAircraft changes nothing. And that is perfectly fine.
This profile will recognise every word that follows
There is another profile. The professional who holds real mandates but needs qualified counterparts outside an immediate circle. The one sitting on opportunities that cannot be shared because no safe environment for sharing them exists yet. The one who has lost time, credibility, or a relationship - not through lack of skill - but because the moment before a deal begins has lacked a structure built for it.
WHAT NOBODY SAYS OUT LOUD
The opportunity that stayed in a drawer
A real mandate. A serious asset. A qualified situation. Unshared - not because it was not ready, but because sharing it meant exposing it to a counterpart whose seriousness had not been confirmed, before conditions were right, outside a protected environment. So it stayed. Undisclosed. Unmatched. The deal that did not happen is also the deal not counted as lost. It is simply not counted.
The introduction that left no trace
The first contact was made. The buyer was found. The chain was built. The deal closed - without the professional who made it possible. No documentation. No witnesses. No answer to who deserves credit. The fifteen-year relationship does not survive the phone call that follows.
The counterpart who arrived burned
The same aircraft - three sources, same week. The buyer does not know which introduction to trust. The broker who made the cleanest approach looks identical to the ones who did not. Twenty years of credibility absorbs a hit it had nothing to do with.
The mandate that arrived incomplete
Off-market. Direct owner. Exclusive. Urgent. Four intermediaries. A verbal agreement no one confirmed. An asset available on a public platform for six months. Three weeks of work. Zero result. No mechanism existed to flag it before the time was spent.
The chain no one traces
The opportunity travels through five hands. Each one adds a layer. The origin becomes unclear. The starting point disappears by the time anyone is ready to close. These are not exceptions. These are the conditions under which this market operates every single week.
WHAT DEALAIRCRAFT RESOLVES
Two structural resolutions. Four significant reductions. One honest limit.
The opportunity that stays in the drawer -unlocked
Every submission enters the ecosystem in blind format. No identity. No asset name. No registration. No owner. No location. Nothing visible to anyone until both counterparts have independently chosen to proceed. The platform cannot display an identity before the reveal protocol is completed. This is not a confidentiality policy. It is how the system is built. Sharing is structurally safe - by design.
The burned counterpart - eliminated
One active matching process per opportunity at a time. No parallel circulation within this ecosystem. No duplicate introductions. The same asset cannot reach the same counterpart through two channels simultaneously. If two members submit the same asset independently, the system detects the overlap at submission and handles it through DealAircraft's review process - before any match is generated. The integrity of the introduction is protected by design.
The origin of every chain - permanently on record
Every submission is timestamped the moment it enters. Who submitted. When. Under what declared parameters. The origin of every opportunity is documented before any introduction begins. The chain has a starting point that cannot be erased.
Qualified counterparts - before time is spent
Every counterpart reaching the reveal has confirmed mandate authority, acquisition capacity, availability, and absence of prior contact with this opportunity through another channel - contractually, under a signed Ethics Charter. The cost of a false declaration is real. The conversation that follows the reveal is between two professionals who have already earned each other's time.
Partially Resolved - Honestly Stated
The undocumented introduction
DealAircraft produces an immutable, timestamped record of every step - submission, match, confirmation, reveal. If a procuring cause dispute arises after the parties have left the platform, that record is available on request. It establishes introduction priority before any other claim can be made. It does not guarantee commission in the absence of a formal mandate agreement. It does not prevent post-reveal bypass. It is the strongest documentation available in this market at the moment it is most needed.
The unverified mandate
Declaration under the Ethics Charter creates contractual accountability for false claims. It does not independently verify mandate reality. It raises the cost of a false declaration. It does not eliminate the risk.
The inactive listing
Automatic 30-day expiry with active renewal confirmation removes stale listings from the live pipeline. It reduces the problem significantly. It does not replace the professional judgment of the broker managing their own mandate.
The unqualified counterpart
Four mandatory pre-reveal confirmations include capacity, authority, and intent - declared contractually under the Ethics Charter. It reduces the risk of time spent on unqualified situations. It does not replace independent due diligence.
Outside the perimeter - stated clearly
Reputational exposure from a transaction that develops poorly after the reveal. DealAircraft structures the introduction process. It does not evaluate asset quality. What happens after the reveal is outside its perimeter - by design, by stated principle, and by choice.
THE PROCESS
Entry. Referral only. No public registration. No open sign-ups. No exceptions. Every member enters through a personal recommendation from a verified existing member. The professional who made the referral is accountable for that introduction. Every member is accountable for every professional they introduce. Quality is embedded at entry - not managed after the fact.
1
Blind Submission
Seller-side and buyer-side - wanted listings included - submitted under identical parameters and identical protections. Aircraft category · TTSN range · Price range · Continent · Maintenance program · Mandate type and exclusivity · Availability timeline. No documents uploaded. No files transferred. No identity disclosed. Declaration made under the Ethics Charter already signed.
DealAircraft assigns readiness immediately: A-Level - published in blind format without delay. B-Level - returned with specific gaps identified. One opportunity to correct. No exceptions. C-Level - permanently declined and flagged. Only A-Level enters the ecosystem.
Wanted listings from buyer-side members follow the same A/B/C evaluation, carry the same blind format, and generate matches on the same symmetric basis. Each listing carries a 30-day active window. One-click renewal at day 23. No action - automatic archive. Archived listings restorable at any time.
Each step is individually timestamped, recorded, and non-bypassable - building an immutable procuring cause record available on request if a dispute arises.
Step 2 - Anonymous Evaluation
Members review blind opportunity cards filtered against their registered search parameters. Each card shows: Aircraft category · TTSN range · Price range · Timeline · Maintenance program · Continent · Mission profile · Mandate type. Nothing that identifies the aircraft, its owner, or its operator.
Two actions per card: Relevant - interest recorded, timestamped, immutable. Not relevant - card archived for this member. No archived card reappears unless the submitter renews it.
Step 3 - Seriousness Confirmation
Mutual match detected. Both parties notified simultaneously. Four mandatory confirmations from each party - individually timestamped, recorded, non-bypassable:
  • This opportunity has not been presented through another channel.
  • It has been circulated within an existing professional network without result.
  • Genuine intent to proceed if conditions are met is confirmed.
  • Any false declaration engages full responsibility under the signed Ethics Charter.
These eight confirmations - combined with submission and evaluation records - constitute the procuring cause record available on request if a dispute arises.
Step 4 - The Reveal
On-Market
Eight confirmations completed. Full simultaneous reveal - contact details, documentation, direct introduction. DealAircraft steps aside. Not party to what happens next.
Off-Market - Two Stages
Stage 1 - Both parties exchange anonymized qualification documents through the platform's secure channel. DealAircraft confirms deposit only - content remains entirely private. Contact between principals: structurally impossible at this stage.
Stage 2 - Each party independently submits a full reveal request. Both notified simultaneously. Both accept → full simultaneous reveal. Either declines → process stops at Stage 1. No identity exposed on either side.

After the reveal - DealAircraft steps aside completely. The procuring cause record remains. Available on request. For as long as it matters.
THE PROOF
Global 7500. Off-market.
September 14 · 09:23
Broker A submits in blind format. Member A-0047. Opportunity DA-2209. Ultra-long-range · 1,000–1,500h TTSN · $50M–$60M · Smartparts enrolled · Europe/Americas. A-Level assigned. Published immediately. Timestamped. Immutable. On record.
September 14 · 11:47
Broker B marks interest. Member B-0112. Opportunity DA-2209. Timestamped. Immutable. On record.
September 14 · 12:03
Mutual match detected automatically. Record DA-2209-AB created. Cannot be altered. By anyone. At any point.
September 15 · 16:43
Following morning - Eight confirmations completed by both parties. Off-market two-stage reveal executed. Written confirmation signed by both parties: reveal conducted professionally, genuine introduction produced.
Six weeks later
The asset owner contacts a third broker directly. The deal closes - outside this ecosystem, outside any documented process. Broker A contacts DealAircraft. DealAircraft produces record DA-2209 - nine timestamped entries showing Broker A submitted this asset on September 14 at 09:23. Prior to any introduction the third broker can document. Prior to any claim the chain can reconstruct. In a professional mediation, in a direct conversation with the asset owner, in any forum where documented proof changes the outcome - that asymmetry is decisive.
WHO BUILT THIS
Hocine Denane spent nearly two decades inside the organizations that build, certify, maintain, and operate aircraft - across Europe, the Middle East, and the United States - under EASA Part 145, Part 21, Part 66, CAMO, and FAA regulatory frameworks. Not behind a desk. Inside the structures that produce the dysfunction this market inherits at the transaction stage.
He has audited manufacturers, assemblers, and maintenance organizations across three continents - assessing not just technical compliance, but process integrity and organizational credibility under pressure. He has managed airworthiness crises, traceability failures, and confidentiality breaches at scale. Resolved them. Repeatedly.
What a field engineer - an expert - in that position sees is the precise origin of the failures that corrupt an opportunity before it reaches a broker's desk. Not the transaction. The chain that precedes it. And every point at which it can break.
Why this matters
A broker who builds this platform is immediately suspect of using it for informational advantage. DealAircraft was built by someone who has held no brokerage position, has no commercial interest in any transaction on the platform, and has no counterpart relationship to protect. That is the only position from which a neutral infrastructure can be credibly built.
DealAircraft was not built by someone who sells jets. It was built by someone who spent two decades understanding why the process breaks before the sale begins - and who designed this infrastructure specifically to prevent that breakdown. The commercial validation of this model comes from the market itself, through the professionals who choose to use it.
THE FOUNDING POSITION
DealAircraft is forming a founding circle of twenty professionals. The first eight to ten who confirm constitute the Phase 1 operational launch group. Remaining positions fill through Phase 1 until the circle closes. No public waiting list. Positions confirmed in order received. This document is not in general circulation.
What a founding referrer does not do
Manage any part of the platform. Review any document. Supervise any transaction. Handle any member issue. The entire process - from submission to reveal - is managed by DealAircraft.
Founding terms - confirmed in writing at onboarding. Contractually locked. Unchanged by any future development of the platform.
Founding Benefits - Contractually Locked
  • Structural exclusivity. In Phase 2 - every new A-Level opportunity visible to founding referrers 24 hours before the broader membership. Phase 2 launches the moment five documented thresholds are met - not on a schedule. The 24-hour window activates on that day. Permanent. No exceptions.
  • Zero reveal fees. On every reveal initiated, for as long as the founding referrer remains an active member of DealAircraft. Contractually locked at signature. Cannot be modified, reduced, or removed unilaterally - regardless of any change in structure, model, or ownership of the platform. Any adjustment requires prior written consent.
  • Record transfer guarantee. In the event DealAircraft ceases operations, all procuring cause records are transferred to each involved member upon request, in their entirety, before closure.
  • 20% revenue attribution - verified in real time. In Phase 2 - 20% of reveal fees generated by direct referrals. 20% of partner service commissions generated by the activity of direct referrals. Every event visible on a personal dashboard. Every amount attributable and verifiable. A number that cannot be verified will not be trusted. Every number here can be.
  • Direct access to the founder throughout Phase 1.
THE NUMBERS
For illustration only. Final terms confirmed in writing at onboarding.
Reveal Fee Structure - by declared asset value
Tier set at the median of the seller's stated price range at A-Level submission - fixed at submission, unaffected by subsequent negotiation.

Partner Services - Phase 2
In Phase 2, DealAircraft builds a verified partner network for members who choose to use it after the reveal. All services optional. DealAircraft takes no position in any transaction. For each service used by a direct referral - the referring founding referrer receives 20% of DealAircraft's commission on that service.

PHASE 1 AND PHASE 2
Phase 1 - Maximum 12 months
Zero reveal fees. Zero membership fees. Zero monetization - for every member, without exception.
The counterpart to that commitment is qualitative, not financial. 48 hours after each completed reveal - one simple request to both parties: A quality rating from 1 to 5. One optional line. One question: "Would a professional colleague benefit from this process?" Yes · No · With reservations. Nothing more.
DealAircraft does not track whether transactions close after the reveal. The platform steps aside completely after every reveal - by design, by stated principle, and by choice. The Phase 1 KPI is not closings. It is the quality of the reveal itself - conducted professionally, between two qualified and serious counterparts, producing a genuine introduction. That is what is being proven. That is what Phase 2 is built on.
Phase 2 - Five Thresholds
Phase 2 launches when five thresholds are met - not on a schedule, not under commercial pressure, not before the standard is reached.
  1. Launch group of 8–10 founding referrers active - circle building toward twenty.
  1. At least 60% of founding referrers active within the trailing 60 days.
  1. Minimum 30 blind listings simultaneously active.
  1. Minimum 100 confirmed matchings documented.
  1. Minimum 20 completed reveals - each with signed written confirmation from both parties.
When these five thresholds are met: Phase 2. That is the only trigger.

New members pay reveal fees. Founding referrers pay nothing - for as long as they remain active members. That commitment is contractually locked and cannot be altered unilaterally. Revenue from partner services and new-member reveal fees. No revenue from transaction outcomes.
THE CLOSE
Every professional in this market has sat on an opportunity they could not share. Every professional in this market has spent time on a situation that had already moved on. Every professional in this market has made an introduction that left no trace. A structure built for that moment changes all of it.
DealAircraft does not replace what already works. It structures the moment that has lacked a structure - before identities are exposed, before time is spent on unqualified situations, before a dispute becomes inevitable, before a relationship becomes the price.
Traced. Protected. Qualified.
If there is an opportunity today that has not been shared yet - not because it is not ready, but because the right environment has not existed until now - this conversation is worth having.

THREE QUESTIONS
DealAircraft proceeds only if experienced aviation professionals confirm that the problems it addresses are real and that the approach is credible. This is not a formality. It is validation.
1
Question 1
Does what you have just read resonate with situations encountered in practice - in the past twelve months?
2
Question 2
If this ecosystem existed today - operational, with verified members, with active blind listings - would there be one opportunity that could be submitted in blind format?
3
Question 3
The first listings on any new platform require professionals willing to post before others have posted. Someone has to go first. If the process, the protections, and the people behind this platform met the standard - would that first step be possible?

These three questions have no right answer. They have an honest one. All responses treated with strict confidentiality. No follow-up unless requested.
